What do the different product conditions (neu mit Etikett, neuwertig, sehr gut, gut, akzeptabel) mean?
  • Neu mit Etikett - Brand new product. It comes with the product label, unused and perfect condition.
  • Neuwertig - Brand new product or hardly worn. It does not come with a product label, but it has not or has hardly been used and is in perfect condition.
  • Sehr gut - It has been used a few times but it is in very good condition. The product might have a few small flaws, but it's usually something that can be fixed by a wash and will be detailed in the description.
  • Gut - Item shows signs of use but is still in a good condition and has plenty of life left in it. All flaws are detailed out in the description. 
  • Akzeptabel - Item shows signs of use but it can be reused. All flaws are detailed out in the description. We do not sell products with visible holes, tears and big defects.
What are the delivery charges for my order?

For order values abve 29€ we offer free shipping. For lower order values the shipping rate is 2,99€.

How long will delivery take?

We try to deliver your products as fast as we can! If not stated otherwise for the selected product, the delivery time is 3 and 8 working days.

Which shipment provider do you use?

We work with DHL as shipping provider. By using the DHL Go Green option we can deliver our products CO2-neutral manner. Please find more information here: DHL Go Green.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, we will send you an invoice together with your order confirmation via email.

Can I return products if I do not like them?

Yes you can. We have a 14 day return policy, at your own cost to return the package. Returns really go against our company values as its terrible for the environment - did you know most of the returns at big companies end up in landfills and do not actually make it back to the warehouses to resell? If you really must send us returns, please bear the cost of your shipment and send it to the address:

We are sorry to hear that you have experienced problems with your delivery. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will make sure to find a solution. 

Do you consider the environment when packaging products?

Yes! Besides using the CO2-neutral shipping with DHL Go Green, we are using paper boxes and envelopes for shipping products. We considered to wrap each product in extra paper or plastic before shipping it. However, as our vision is to protect the environment, we decided for to avoid producing additional packaging waste.
